1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Mikrodrama Kids website, applications, platforms, and related services.
Mikrodrama Kids is owned by Keeklr, Inc. and operated by Kr8iv Sdn Bhd.
By accessing or using Mikrodrama Kids, the Parent or Legal Guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of themselves and the Child user.
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Definitions
- Child means any user under the age of eighteen.
- Parent or Guardian means a legal parent or legally authorised guardian of a Child.
- Platform means the Mikrodrama Kids website, applications, systems, and services.
- Content means all videos, stories, interactive elements, graphics, audio, characters, and related materials available on the Platform.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
Access to Mikrodrama Kids is limited to Children under the supervision of a Parent or Guardian.
A Parent or Guardian must create, manage, and approve the Child's account.
The Parent or Guardian is fully responsible for all activities conducted through the Child's account, including compliance with these Terms.
The Company may suspend or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Parental Consent and Control
Parental or Guardian consent is mandatory before a Child account becomes active.
Parents and Guardians may review account activity, manage settings, withdraw consent, or request account deletion at any time.
Withdrawal of consent may result in suspension or termination of the Child's access to the Platform.
5. Use of the Platform
The Platform is provided solely for personal, non-commercial, educational, and entertainment purposes.
Users must not:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass safety controls or parental restrictions
- Upload, transmit, or introduce harmful code or content
- Reverse engineer or interfere with Platform systems
The Company reserves the right to monitor use to ensure safety and compliance.
6. Content Standards and Safety
All Content on Mikrodrama Kids is curated or reviewed to meet child-appropriate standards.
Despite reasonable efforts, Parents and Guardians acknowledge that content suitability may vary by individual Child.
The Platform does not replace parental guidance or supervision.
The Company may remove or modify Content at any time without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All Content, trademarks, logos, characters, formats, and Platform elements are the exclusive property of Keeklr, Inc. or its licensors.
No rights are granted except the limited right to access and view Content through the Platform.
Copying, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
8. User Generated Interactions
Where interactive features are enabled, Children may engage only within the limits defined by the Platform.
No free-text public posting or open communication features are provided unless expressly stated.
Any misuse may result in suspension or termination.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features or content may require a paid subscription.
All payments are handled by Parents or Guardians.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or subscription models with reasonable notice.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Mikrodrama Kids Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, Parents and Guardians consent to such processing on behalf of the Child.
11. Third Party Services
The Platform may rely on third-party technology providers for hosting, analytics, or functionality.
The Company is not responsible for third-party systems beyond its reasonable control.
12. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access without notice if:
- These Terms are breached
- Safety concerns arise
- Required by law or regulation
Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Company makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from use of the Platform.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Parent or Guardian in the preceding twelve months
Nothing limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Indemnity
Parents and Guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
16. Modifications to Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
